She then joined Cleveland Clinic, reporting directly to the Chief Design Officer and leading strategic design initiatives for five years. During her tenure, she contributed to several landmark projects, including the award-winning Hillcrest Cancer Center Expansion, Mentor Hospital, and Cleveland Clinic’s administrative offices in London. Ashley also played a pivotal role in the transformation of the organization's administrative campus, helping reduce nearly one million square feet of real estate through strategic planning and workplace optimization.

Ashley later joined Mathias Collective, a nationally recognized design firm based in Nashville, where she focused on high-profile workplace and hospitality environments. Her portfolio included administrative spaces, clubs, and premium lounges for both the Cleveland Browns and Columbus Crew organizations. She also had the opportunity to design the Sony Music Publishing office on Nashville’s iconic Music Row, blending workplace functionality with a strong sense of place and brand identity.
