GCI engaged our team to refresh and modernize several of the building's most prominent shared spaces, including the tenant corridors, the atrium—which serves as the primary arrival experience for visitors entering the building—and the event space. The goal was to elevate the overall aesthetic and create a more contemporary, cohesive environment while thoughtfully working within the framework of the existing architecture and infrastructure. Throughout the design process, we remained mindful of the building's current tenant base, balancing modern updates with a timeless design approach that respected the character of the building and the expectations of those who use it every day. Through thoughtful material selections, refined detailing, and a cohesive design vision, these highly visible spaces were refreshed to better reflect the building's identity and enhance the experience for both tenants and visitors.
