MCC - Pool House

In partnership with Wheeler Boltz Architecture, the Medina Country Club Pool House renovation is designed to create a vibrant, relaxed destination that feels distinctly different from the main clubhouse. The client wanted the Pool House to have its own identity, making it immediately recognizable to members and guests as they arrive on site.

Inspired by the casual, coastal character of the Jersey Shore, the design introduces playful accents of aqua, teal, and peach to create a fresh and energetic atmosphere. The renderings below illustrate the overall concept and vision for the renovated Pool House and surrounding pool amenities. The family restroom adds another playful layer to the design, featuring a custom floor detail that gives a subtle nod to the Tampa Bay Rays logo and brings an unexpected moment of personality to the space.

The Pool House is designed to offer something for every age and activity, including a full-service bar, cornhole area, kiddie pool, dedicated space for teens, and plenty of chaise lounge seating. Shaded areas throughout provide comfortable places to escape the sun, gather with friends and family, and enjoy food and drinks. Together, these spaces create a fun, approachable poolside experience that complements the Medina Country Club while establishing a personality all its own.
